The challenge

The Directors of a failed financial planning company were being pursued by its Liquidator for voidable transactions totalling in excess of $2m.

The response 

We were engaged to assist with defending the Liquidators claim against the Directors. From our extensive experience in pursuing claims we were able to counter most legal arguments relied on by the Liquidator.

The result

We were able to secure a settlement for $20,000 and the Directors were able to move on with their lives without having the stress of pending legal action against them.
